Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine all shrimp seasoning ingredients and mix well. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and sriracha to create the taco sauce. Set aside.
Cooking
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
- While the shrimp are cooking, warm the tortillas according to package instructions. This can be done in a dry skillet, microwave, or oven.
Assembly
- Assemble the tacos by placing a small amount of shredded cabbage on each warm tortilla. Top with cooked shrimp.
- Drizzle with the prepared taco sauce and serve immediately with extra lime wedges.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp seasoning. You can also garnish with cilantro or avocado slices.
