Method
 

Grilled Lemon Herb Salmon
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season salmon with olive oil, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.
Shrimp and Asparagus Stir-Fry
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  2. Add asparagus, bell pepper, and garlic; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
