Tuna Salad
  • 1 5 oz can Canned tuna drained
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk Celery finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red onion finely minced (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper to taste
For Assembly
  • 4 slices Bread your favorite
  • 2 leaves Lettuce (optional)
  • 2 slices Tomato (optional)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained canned tuna, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, and minced red onion (if using).
  2. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste, then stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Take two slices of bread, spread a generous amount of the tuna salad onto one slice, and then top with optional lettuce and tomato slices.
  4. Place the second slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich, and then repeat with the remaining ingredients if making a second sandwich.
