  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds optional

Instructions
  1. Wash and prepare all the ingredients, peeling the banana and dicing the apple if desired.
  2. Combine all the prepared ingredients in a high-speed blender.
