Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
Cooking

  2. Heat a lightly buttered griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the griddle.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes
