  • 4 medium chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Melt half of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve immediately with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes, rice, or a green salad.
