Method
 

Preparation
  1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and red onion.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, red onion, and chopped fresh dill.
Make the dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and black pepper until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
  2. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to combine.

Notes
