Preparation
- Wash and thinly slice one medium cucumber, then gently crush 10-12 fresh mint leaves to release their aroma.
- Combine the sliced cucumber and crushed mint leaves in a pitcher, then pour 4 cups of cold water over them.
- Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let it infuse for at least 30 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavor, then serve chilled.
Notes
For an extra refreshing twist, add a few slices of lemon or lime to the infused water. You can also refill the pitcher with water a couple of times before the flavor diminishes.
