- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in lemon juice and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until it slightly thickens. Stir in chopped fresh parsley.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and spoon the lemon butter sauce over it. Serve immediately.

Serve with rice, pasta, or your favorite vegetables.
