- In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, and your chosen sweetener.

- Stir well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and the chia seeds are distributed.

- Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.

- In the morning, stir the overnight oats and add your desired toppings such as fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds, then serve.
Notes
For thicker oats, add an extra tablespoon of chia seeds. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a splash more milk in the morning. Feel free to experiment with different sweeteners and toppings to suit your taste.
