Preparation
- Preheat your oven or grill to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil the grill grates.
- In a medium bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet or grill.
Cooking
- Bake or grill the wings for 10 minutes, then flip them over.
- Generously brush the BBQ sauce over both sides of the wings.
- Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and the sauce is caramelized.

Notes
