- Toss chicken, broccoli, and tomatoes with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper on the baking sheet.
- Arrange in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Speedy Shrimp Scampi with Linguine
- Cook linguine according to package directions.
- While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
