Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and trim the ends of the zucchini, then use a spiralizer to create noodles.
Cooking Base
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add zucchini noodles to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until al dente; season with salt and pepper.
