- Wash and hull the strawberries, then thinly slice or roughly chop them.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with the honey or maple syrup and stir until well mixed.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle the sliced strawberries over the top, and freeze for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
Notes
For an extra touch, drizzle a little melted chocolate over the bark before freezing. You can also experiment with other fruits like blueberries or raspberries.
