  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt, ensuring they are well mixed.
Combining and Baking
  1. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  2. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Spread the granola mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown and crispy.
Cooling and Storage
  1. Allow the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking it into clusters.
  2. Store the cooled granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add dried fruits like raisins or cranberries after the granola has cooled. Adjust the sweetness to your preference by varying the amount of maple syrup.
