  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm water, then let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Stir in the olive oil and salt, then gradually add the flour, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Rising

  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in a warm, draft-free spot for 45-60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Shaping and Baking
