Marinating

Skewering
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning, then thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers.
Grilling
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, then cook the chicken skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.
Serving
- Serve the hot chicken souvlaki immediately with warm pita bread, a dollop of tzatziki sauce, and fresh chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
