Notes

For an extra rich flavor, you can add a tablespoon of instant espresso powder to the boiling water. Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother batter. The cake is delicious on its own or frosted with your favorite chocolate ganache or buttercream. Enjoy within 3-4 days for best freshness, stored at room temperature in an airtight container.
