  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 carrots sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 2 garlic minced
For Serving
  • cooked rice for serving

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the stir fry sauce by whisking together soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into strips and slice the carrots and bell pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper to the same skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, pour in the stir fry sauce, and toss to coat all ingredients.
Serving
  1. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Serve immediately over cooked rice.

Notes

Adjust the amount of honey to your sweetness preference. For extra spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
