  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to form a slurry; set aside.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
  3. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
