Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400°F (190-200°C). Then, remove the husks and silk from the corn on the cob.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
Grilling
- Place the seasoned corn directly on the preheated grill grates. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning every few minutes to ensure even cooking, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
- Once cooked, remove the corn from the grill and serve immediately.
