  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth or rinsing them quickly and patting them dry.
  2. Slice the cleaned mushrooms into even pieces.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add butter and olive oil.
  4. Once the butter is melted and sizzling, add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet in a single layer.
  5. Sauté the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they release their moisture and start to brown.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  7. Season the mushrooms with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Stir in the fresh chopped parsley just before serving.
  9. Serve the garlic butter sautéed mushrooms immediately as a delicious side dish.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the skillet while sautéing the mushrooms; cook in batches if necessary to ensure proper browning.
