  • 10 Jalapeños halved and seeded
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into each jalapeño half.
  4. Dip each filled jalapeño into the breadcrumbs, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  5. Place the coated jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the poppers are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can broil the poppers for the last few minutes.
