  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
Breading the Chicken
  1. Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with a whisked egg, and one with breadcrumbs.
  2. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, ensuring full coating.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown, then transfer to the prepared baking sheet.

Notes
