Crust
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust.
Filling
- Beat softened cream cheese and sugar together in a large bowl until smooth, then mix in the pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined and creamy.
- Pour the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over the prepared graham cracker crust in the springform pan, and gently spread it evenly.
Baking and Cooling
- Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly, then turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door ajar for 1 hour to cool slowly.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven, let it cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.
Notes
This recipe title is not suitable for generating a recipe. It seems to be a combination of a "how-to-grow" guide and a list of cheesecake recipes. Therefore, this is a placeholder response. For a real recipe, a more specific and singular recipe title would be required.
