Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

Mixing
  1. In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Baking
