Method
 

Preparation
  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Marinating Shrimp
  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, lemon slices, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
Grilling
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
