Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 1 large cucumber chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 4 ounces feta cheese crumbled
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the cucumber, cut the tomatoes into wedges, and thinly slice the red onion.
