  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 pieces chicken breast sliced
  • 150 g spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through; remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Return the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat everything evenly with the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Creamy Tuscan Pasta.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
