Cooking the Turkey

Assembling the Bowl
- Divide the shredded romaine lettuce among serving bowls as the base.
- Top the lettuce with the cooked taco turkey, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and diced red onion.
- Garnish with sliced jalapeño, if desired, and serve with lime wedges and a drizzle of the Greek yogurt dressing.
