Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and prepare any optional fillings by cooking and dicing them as needed.
  2. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Assembly and Cooking
  1. Place one tortilla in the hot skillet, sprinkle half of one side with cheese, and add desired fillings.
  2. Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling, creating a half-moon shape.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
