Preparation
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Slice the peaches in half and remove the pit.
- Grill the peach halves for 3-4 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and peaches are slightly softened.
Assembly

- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the peaches.
- Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can brush the peaches with a little olive oil before grilling. A sprinkle of fresh mint or basil also works wonderfully.
