Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and brush the grates with a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Cut each medium peach in half, remove the pit, and lightly brush the cut sides with olive oil.
Grilling
  1. Place the peach halves cut-side down on the preheated grill and cook for 3-5 minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches begin to soften.
  2. Flip the peaches and grill for another 2-3 minutes on the skin side until they are heated through.
